By booking a trek or travel experience with The Trek Traveller™, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and The Trek Traveller™. Your participation in any of our events indicates your acceptance of these terms.

All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified for each event. We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, and other specified payment methods.

• •Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• •Full payment must be completed before the event start date.
• •Payment confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
• •Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:

• •15+ days before event: 80% refund
• •7-14 days before event: 50% refund
• •Less than 7 days: No refund
• •No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund

The Trek Traveller™ acts as an organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay during the trek or travel experience.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions provided by our guides. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.

All participants are expected to:

• •Respect fellow travelers and local communities
• •Follow environmental guidelines and leave no trace
• •Comply with all safety instructions from guides
• •Refrain from any illegal or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous, without refund.

Participants must be in good physical and mental health. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

It is your responsibility to carry necessary medications and ensure you are fit for the activity. We recommend consulting a doctor before participating in strenuous treks.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives.

In case of event cancellation by The Trek Traveller™, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
